Last week Toronto and Phil Kessel played at Boston and were dominated 7-2 and Kessel wasn't very good going a -3 and not scoring. The Boston Herald has an article about the rematch with a quote from Kessel's old Gophers linemate Blake Wheeler quoted. Quote is below with link to article....
“He wants to play well every game, and especially that game he really wanted to play well,” Wheeler said. “But I think over six games (this season) we’re going to see Phil going at his best. And he’s a pretty dangerous player when he’s doing that.
“I think our focus was never on one guy or anything. It was on their whole team. But if he’s going to play his game, then that’s fine. We’re going to have slow him down and I think we have the guys that are capable of doing that."
